Yesterday DNB Markets hosted a successful lunch seminar for about 100 clients with the acknowledged chief oil analyst Amrita Sen from Energy Aspects. She is by many regarded as the world’s leading oil analyst. An interesting take-away from the presentation and Q&A session is that Amrita and Torbjørn seems to agree that the oil price risk is skewed to the upside in the medium term. In fact they are both confident that the lack of investment decisions taken in the period 2014-2017 will force the oil price significantly higher during the next three to four years.
